We believe cost should never be the reason someone doesn’t get the dental care they need. At Silverlake Dental Group, we offer multiple options to make treatment accessible — whether you have insurance, no insurance, or need help spreading the cost of a larger treatment plan over time.
Dental Insurance
We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. Our team verifies your benefits before your appointment and provides you with a clear breakdown of what your insurance covers and what your out-of-pocket responsibility will be — before treatment begins. No surprises.
For patients with medical insurance, some procedures — particularly oral surgery, implant placement related to trauma, and sleep apnea treatment — may be partially or fully covered by medical insurance. We verify medical benefits as well for relevant procedures.
We are unfortunately not providers for HMO dental plans, Dentical, Medical, or Medicare. At Silverlake Dental Group, we believe every patient in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Atwater Village, and the surrounding neighborhoods deserves access to quality dental care — regardless of insurance status. We are happy to help with our in-office Silverlake Dental Group Membership Plan to make dental care more accessible and affordable.
SDG Dental Membership Plan
For patients without dental insurance, our in-house SDG Membership Plan provides immediate access to preventive care and meaningful discounts on treatment — with no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no annual maximums.
Single Member — $425/year Dual Membership — $725/year Family of 3 — $975/year Family of 4 — $1,225/yearAdditional members — $250/person
Included with membership:
- Two hygiene appointments per year including comprehensive exam, cleaning, and X-rays
- One emergency exam per year
- 3D diagnostic digital scan for clear aligners or cosmetic consultation
Plus 10% savings on:
- Restorative treatment (fillings, crowns, bridges, onlays)
- Dental implants
- Cosmetic procedures (veneers, whitening, Invisalign)
- Additional cleanings beyond the included two
Membership begins immediately — savings start the same day you sign up.
Third (3rd) Party Financing
For larger treatment plans — implants, full mouth reconstruction, All-on-X, orthodontics — we work with third-party financing to help spread the cost over time with low or no-interest payment plans.

Transparent Pricing
Before any treatment begins, you receive a complete, itemized cost estimate. We don’t surprise patients with unexpected charges. If a treatment plan involves multiple phases or procedures, we break it down clearly so you understand exactly what you’re committing to at each stage.
