Send your smile photos

1. Take two to three photos in natural lighting. A phone camera is fine. Include a straight-on smile, a slight angle, and your full face.
2. Email them to Josh@SilverlakeDentalGroup.com with the subject line Smile Analysis.
3. Include your name, phone number or email, your preferred way to be contacted, and a brief note about what you would like to improve.

The office states that it responds within one business day. Dr. Barkhordar personally reviews your case. There is no cost or obligation.
